Shoalhaven Neighbourhood Services Inc operates two Neighbourhood Centres, Nowra and East Nowra.

Both our centres have paid Coordinators and a number of volunteers who are rostered for regular shifts on the reception desk. Some volunteers take on additional specific tasks depending on their skills and wishes.

Our Centres have a wide range of facilities available for use by the public including:

  • Meeting Rooms
  • Various brochures and flyers that cover a wide range of services in our local area
  • Baby change table
  • Shower (East Nowra Office Only by appointment)
  • Disabled toilet
  • Kitchen including oven, stovetop, tea and coffee
  • Book swap
  • Smart TV
  • Projector
  • Computer and Internet access
  • Photocopying and Faxing

Our Centres are Breastfeeding friendly and are a part of the ACON Safe-Place Program which means we are welcoming, supportive and actively engaged with LGBTI communities.
